Stage 3 homes are nearing completion with only five driveways remaining to be poured. With slabs down on 21 of the 29 lots, over half of the Stage 4 homes have frames up and roofs on.
The roads in Stage 5 are now complete with the first home for this stage scheduled to commence in June.
